Replacement Guarantee

We offer a generous 2-year replacement guarantee on our NFC business cards. If your card malfunctions or is defective within the first 2 years of purchase, we will replace it free of charge.

Initiating a Replacement

Conditions for Replacement

The replacement policy covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions. Physical damage or misuse of the card is not covered under the replacement guarantee.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping the defective card back to us. Once we receive the faulty card, we will promptly dispatch a replacement.

Refund Process
